IMPORTANT UPDATE from Westminster City Council’s website
Westminster City Council (WCC) is continuing to respond to the cyber security incident identified on Monday 24 November. Most council services are running, and we are prioritising critical services.
This is affecting WCC’s licensing functions in a number of ways.
- It is not possible to view new application documents via WCC’s website. In addition, notification processes have been affected. Residents are therefore advised to keep an eye out for the statutory ‘blue notice’ which must be displayed at the premises for 28 days following the date of application
- Representations or comments on applications can’t currently be submitted via the online portal. Those who wish to comment on an application are advised to submit these through the Licensing Team inbox via email at licensing@westminster.gov.uk. You can also call the licensing team if you have questions on 020 7641 6500.
- WCC is unable to update their committees and decisions pages. If you have submitted a relevant representation and confirm you wish to attend the hearing, you should receive copy of the Committee Report by email.
If you would like more details of a particular application please feel free to contact us or contact WCC at licensing@westminster.gov.uk
